As the CEO, I have the privilege of writing this section. If you know me, you know my biggest pride and joy is my team. One of the biggest contributors to this company’s success is Miss Alyssa Galloway. She joined the M.C. Shine team in March 2022 after reaching out looking for a new opportunity to grow with a team that would appreciate all of her talents.

Alyssa started at M.C.Shine as a receptionist, learning and growing within our company. She gravitated towards restoration services as her expertise grew with quick responses and organizing chaotic events. Alyssa quickly calmed and educated clients who had never experienced a disaster in their homes as she strategized a plan to assist our clients and get them to a good spot. She made sure our clients’ needs and goals were reached on a quick, timely basis so they could get back to normal as soon as possible.

Alyssa found her quest for knowledge met within the IICRC, receiving her certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and working on her Mold Remediation Specialist while earning the highest grades in her class. Alyssa also worked towards her Level 1 and 2 certifications in Xactimate and is currently working towards her Level 3 mastery.

Alyssa then found herself being the voice of our clients, reporting to the teams and ensuring our clients were professionally taken care of. She found herself in a very important role as the account coordinator. This role is the contact point for our clients from start to finish of a project as they navigate through an insurance claim or private project to get their home or business back to normal.

As this role evolves, Alyssa is building great relationships with other professionals in our industry to collaborate and ensure flawless situations from start to finish.
